In addition to our fundraising activities, the P&C appreciates the direct financial and in-kind support provided by members of our school and broader community. There are two major ways to provide financial support to our school via the P&C – donate to our building fund, or provide sponsorship (cash or prizes) for our fundraising events.
Building Fund
The P&C has established a new Building Fund to help the school build and improve school buildings and fixtures.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
You can pay via the Flexischools website or via direct bank deposit.
Donate via Flexischools: Please visit Flexischools at www.flexischools.com.au. If you are already using Flexischools for canteen orders, simply log in and click ‘Make Donation' where you see the red Building Fund button. If you are not a registered Flexischools user, simply type ‘Summer Hill Public School' into the green box titled‘Enter school here…' on the Flexischools home page and click ‘Make Donation' where you see the red Building Fund button. A receipt will be issued via Flexischools.

Reference: Your eldest child's surname and class
Then email summerhillpublicschool@pandcaffiliate.org.au with the name to be shown on receipt, your phone number, the payment amount and reference. We will issue you a receipt via email.
Sponsorship and prizes
The P&C enters into sponsorship arrangements with businesses or organisations to support its fundraising events and activities. Donations of goods and/or services (to auction as prizes), or provision of financial or in-kind sponsorship is a fantastic way to reach a large audience. All arrangements are covered by our Sponsorship Policy (pdf 1129 KB).
Sponsors are acknowledged in a variety of ways, including on our website, our Facebook page, on printed marketing collateral and outdoor signage.
